Our first product customer. We built Sparq Gaming a transcript aggregator with private AI chat, letting them bring all of their transcripts into one sovereign environment and converse with them without exposing the underlying data. We’re now building a personal feed on top of the same foundation.

A private pilot with a large privacy-focused organization: fully remote, spread across independent teams, strict enough to have avoided AI call tools entirely. We’re delivering their requested improvements in late August for an initial internal team, with wider rollout to follow. A high-signal validator with one of the most demanding privacy cultures in the industry.

Private transcription infrastructure running in trusted execution environments. TinyCloud provides the sovereign data layer beneath their TEE pipeline, enabling Conclave to ship both a first-party application and an ecosystem of interoperable applications on top of their users’ transcription data.

Coordination software for accelerators, born out of the ShapeRotator accelerator itself. Credentialing and access control are powered by TinyCloud: participating companies arrive with transcripts already living in their own TinyCloud, grant scoped permissions to program coordinators, and manage role-based access—including inviting external investors to view specific teams—without ever surrendering their data.

Agentic negotiation, currently focused on the recruiting market. DealProof has gone deep on agent-to-agent communication and coordination over private user data—but the private data layer itself wasn’t theirs to build. TinyCloud completes the picture: users bring their own sovereign data to DealProof’s negotiating agents.

Production management software for the German and European film market, cutting coordination costs that lead to expensive production mistakes. Film productions carry some of the strictest sovereignty requirements anywhere—a leaked script or production dataset can sink a project—and TinyCloud is what lets PonyFarm make that guarantee to its customers.

A conversation-capture product for people with overloaded executive function: capture agreements and commitments, chat privately with an AI that remembers everything, keep it all to yourself. Privacy was the adoption blocker; we’re working with them to build the product on TinyCloud.

An early-stage BCI company with a working prototype for non-verbal input—wear the device, communicate with the computer without speaking—now being miniaturized toward a consumer form factor.
